The simple teacher Nawfal inherits part of the property and company of his deceased uncle, whom he had never met before. He soon gets into a conflict with his uncle's wife and her daughter Maysoon because of their greed for the inheritance, but they are later forced to overcome their differences and cooperate to manage the company. Meanwhile, Nawfal and Maysoon fall in love and plan to get married.
