Taleab proposes to her husband Shatta to persuade his brother Nassar to marry her sister, Taraf, but Nassar refuses as he loves Reem, so his brother quarrels with him because of the material difference between him and Reem's father, as he sees him as their servant.
Shatta asks Reem's father for the hand of his daughter in marriage to his servant to keep her away from his brother Nassar, who gets angry and rages at him, so Reem's father decides to leave the village so that the situation does not flare up between Shatta and Nassar.
As Reem's father dies, she lives with her uncle, and Nassar searches for her until he reaches her. Shatta is upset about his brother's condition and his sadness over Reem's parting.
Shatta agrees to accompany Nassar to marry Reem. Taleab quarrels with Shatta, leaves the house and insists on returning to him in the event that a private house is built for her, and she refuses to tell him about her pregnancy.
Taleab's brother spreads fear in his sister's heart that Shatta is married to another, so she decides to return and informs Shatta about her pregnancy, while she begins to treat Reem badly. Taleab's brother quarrels with his wife when she learns about his corrupt business.
Attar, Taleab's brother, loses all his money, and Nassar resents Shatta's behavior after he gives Attar their money. Reem is pregnant, while Taleab has a miscarriage and is afraid of telling Shatta about it.
Taleab accuses Reem of causing her to miscarry, so Shatta quarrels with his brother Nassar, and the latter decides to leave and divide the inheritance between them. Watfa dies from exhaustion.
Shatta asks his brother to return to their home and forgive him. As Reem gets sick and dies, she leaves her child in the middle of the desert while looking for Nassar. Someone accompanies the child to take care of him and asks Rahal to hand him over to his family.
Shatta asks Taleab to give him her gold to compensate for his financial loss, but she refuses. Shatta decides to leave her and search for his brother Nassar. Rahal fails to find Shatta to give him Nassar's son. Hend saves Nassar and her mother treats him.
El Jazi takes care of Nassar in his illness after losing his memory. Hend's mother asks El Jazi to hire Marasi to work for him. Shatta is forced to work as a wage earner so that he can reach his brother.
Taleab's brother decides to marry a wealthy girl in order to seize her money, but her father refuses. Meanwhile, Nassar is still amnesic. The employer gives Shatta a large part of his money after saving him. Marasi asks Hend to marry him.
As Nassar regains his memory, he decides to return home to search for Reem and their son. Rahal proposes to Shatta that he brings Taleab home, but he refuses.
Taleab's brother quarrels with her because she refused the rich suitor. El Jazi offers to wed Nassar to Hend. Shatta continues to search for his brother Nassar, to no avail. Taleab asks Shatta to get back with her.
Nassar's son gets sick and Rahal looks after him, but he loses him, and someone takes him to deliver him to his family. El Jazi promises Nassar to help him search for his wife and son.
El Jazi informs Nassar of the death of his wife, so Nassar sets out to search for his son, then meets his brother Shatta and forgives him. Rahal gives Nassar's son to Taleab to take care of him and she takes him as her son.
