Reda dreams about his father who is saddened by the conditions of the family. Gaber is jealous to see Sabreen talking to another man. Reda is suspended from work because he gave a patient medicine without a prescription.

Raafat learns that his son is afflicted with a fatal disease and he is to go to France for treatment. A conflict arises between Sherif and Raafat. When Sherif is shot, Reda becomes a suspect. Sabreen manages to get the money needed and gives it to her father.

Some secrets surround Sherif's case including Reda's involvement and a name Sherif mentioned right before he was shot at. Soliman wants to marry Sabreen and pays her a large dowry.

The police arrest Reda who possesses weapons and is suspected to be a member of a terrorist group. Mourad is appointed a manager at the hospital. Mourad meets Fadel to ask for a specific treatment that he needs.

Reda reports to the police that someone is trying o inject Sherif with a toxic substance; Mourad gathers the staff to investigate this, but Faramwy comes up with a number of fabricated claims that condemn Reda.

Gaber returns the money to Reda in a clear rejection of the match. Reda gets electrocuted by a patient called Amal. Gaber unexpectedly visits Reda and Reda learns that Sabreen ran away.

Believing he will be the next Minister of Health, Fadel wheedles Mourad. Faramawy lies to Amal's mother and tells her that they need blood for Amal's surgery. Reda has arranged for Sabreen to work as a maid at Amal's house where she sees a picture of Sherif.

Reda goes with Abo Abdullah to a cabaret where they meet Atef. Shady tries to approach Amina but she rejects him. Reda learns about Faramwy's lie to Amal's mother. Sabreen learns that Sherif left a bag at his sister's house.

Reda gets involved in a number of incidents. He tells Sabrin to see what's in Sherif's bag, and he faces a group of bullies hired by Soliman. Reda is called in for questioning. After seeing the video, the policeman is surprised because all witnesses gave false testimonies.

Reda is released after the doorman testifies for him. Raafat advises Faramwy to temporarily avoid all possible clashes with Reda. Sherwit kicks Nessma and Atef out from the villa. Amal thinks that something about Saedeya, who is actually Sabreen in disguise, is suspicious.

Sabreen tells Amal the full truth about her situation and she tells her that someone attempted to murder Sherif, and even Reda is involved in this web of lies. Sabreen returns to her father now that Amal kicked her out, but her father refuses to take her in.

Amal decides to give the bag to Sabreen and Reda so that they will take revenge, and they find a number of files and a phone in it. Faramawy continues to deceive Amal's mother. Omnia confesses that she is in love with Fahmy, and she rejects Shady.

When Shady tries to woo Omnia, Fahmy sees them and returns home angry and frustrated. Gaber is arrested and Reda testifies against him.

Reda learns that Fadel is to blame for convincing Fahmy that he will never be a successful man. Reda manages to get a doctor to perform the surgery on young Amal, but he sees Faramawy getting money from her mother.

Sabreen starts a new career as a singer and Atef accompanies her on the first day. They haven't told Reda yet. Reda, however, is busy trying to meet Fadel.

Sabreen's first day is a great success. Omnia introduces Fahmy to her family. Reda declares that he will donate a sum of 5 million pounds to the hospital.

Mourad threatens Reda and warns him if Fahmy doesn't stay away from Omnia, Reda himself will pay for it. Reda meets Abo Abdullah and gets 20,000 pounds to pay for his apartment.

Reda goes to a cabaret with Abo Abdullah, and he is shocked to see Sabrin singing there. Enraged, he divorces her. Reda spends the night at the hospital and reports to the police that Faramawy and Shawqy are up for something suspicious.

Atef attempts suicide and he is transferred to the hospital. Faten sets a plan: she asks Omnia to invite Fahmy over for dinner, and she calls his sister Nessma to come and give her a pedicure.

Fahmy breaks up with Omnia after the unfortunate incident at her parents' house. Amal meets Reda and reminds him that he still has to avenge Sherif's murder. Reda learns that Shokry has feelings for Sabreen.

Amal passes away after she donates the healthy kidney, and she entrusts Sabreen with the money and asks her to give it to her daughter. Nessma opens her own salon in their neighborhood.

Saddened by the injustice that has been done to Amal's mother, Sabreen plots to take revenge.

Sabrin's plan to set a trap for Shokry is a success and he is eventually arrested.

Mourad's resignation is rejected, and the Minister of Health tells him that it's the duty of the good people to fight corruption wherever found. Shokry is found dead in his prison cell. Raafat learns that Shokry had a fleeting relationship with Sabreen.

Fadel visits Reda and Halima under the pretext that he is there to correct all the wrongs and make it up for them, but it turns out that he was deceiving them.

The neighborhood's people gather to celebrate Sabreen and Reda's wedding, but a fight occurs between Soliman and Gaber who promised him to marry Sabreen. Reda is appointed as the Head of the Nursing Department.

The wedding is ruined as Reda is arrested after money and medications were stolen from the hospital and found at his house. Sabreen tries to hire a lawyer to get Reda out of prison.

The lawyer manages to deduce Reda's sentence to 15 years. Reda is mistreated by the prisoners. Fahmy expresses his desire to continue his studies, and his mother sets up a project to help him.

Soltan intervenes to help both Fahmy and Reda. He gets Fahmy all the books and references he needs for college, and he helps Reda escape to prove his innocence. Abo Abdullah decides to help too.

Many revelations are provided as it is now known that Salama is the one who shot Sherif, and Shawqy and Faramawy were plotting against Reda all this time. The lives of Reda and his family are changed for the best, now that they can think properly think about the future.
