The teenage Cody Banks becomes a part of a special division of the CIA. With information needed about the nefarious plans of an organization called ERIS, Cody is sent to infiltrate the house of one of the organization's scientists, by transferring into his daughter's school and befriending her.
Cody Banks embarks on another exciting mission, as he heads to London to stop the diabolical plan of a deranged scientist who wants to take over the world by using a mind-control device.
