Nabila's mother dies after she tells her that her uncle Hamid has her father's money. Nabila stays in an orphanage and meets Fatma. When they grow up, they work at Farouk's factory. Hamid tells Rashida that he wants to find Nabila.

Hamid asks his lawyer, Basim to find Nabila to give her her share of eight million pounds and Hamid's kids are furious.

After Basim finds Nabila and Fatma, they get into a car accident. Basim tells Fatma that Nabila died and asks her to pose as Nabila, in exchange of taking part of the inheritance.

Fatma moves to Hamid's house and Basim gives her a fake ID.

Dr. Yasser discovers that Nabila is in a comma and not dead. Hazim is bothered by Fatma's interference in their lives and taking his father's money. Fatma becomes partner in Hamid's company with her share.

After Nabila wakes up, she has amnesia and Yasser calls her Laila. Nahla tells Fatma that she loves Hazim.

Fatma admires Hazim but he tells her that he doesn't love Nahla. Nabila works in Yasser's house while he's treating her. Salma is jealous of Nabila.

Nahla accuses Fatma of betraying her. Salma leaves Yasser's house.

Nabila is imprisoned after Soraya accuses her of stealing her ring. Sherif and Nahla want to file a case to question Fatma's lineage.

Hamid asks Basim to amend his will before he dies. After Nabila is released, she goes to the house of Badawy, the delivery boy, and his mother. She works at Asad's house who tries to molest her.

Nabila goes to the nightclub of Shams, whom she met at prison. Hamid's will reveals that he left fifth of his wealth to Fatma. Hazim wants to marry Fatma.

Nabila works as Shams' assistant. Fatma accidentally sees Nabila and runs away. Yasser divorces his wife. Fatma tries to include Sherif and Nahla in the management of the company.

Sabrine causes problems between Shams and Fawzy and frames Nabila with agreement with Amer. Mona tells Fatma that Basim wants to marry her.

Shams kicks Nabila out. Basim warns Fatma not to tell Mona about their secret. Sherif wants to marry Fatma for her money. Nabila works at Muklis' Cafeteria.

Nabila agrees to marry Badawy and Yasser finds out. Hazim marries Fatma after his return from abroad. Both Nabila and Fatma are pregnant.

Fatma gives birth to Farah and Nabila has a girl called Maryam who has a heart murmur. Seven years later, Badawy dies in a car accident. Mona finds out that Basim is cheating on her.

Nahla finds out that her husband Hossam has secretly partnered with Fatma. Rashida asks Fatma to give Hossam's money back but she can't. Fatma sees Nabila at Yasser's clinic.

Fatma learns all the details of Nabila's life since the old accident. Hazim talks with Yasser to find out why Fatma is behaving differently.

Fatma pays for Maryam's heart operation and she sees her at school. Maryam dies and Nabila is devastated.

Yasser finds out about Fatma's secret and tells her to come clean. Yasser tells Nabila that he loves her. Fatma gives Hossam half his money back.

Yasser is killed in an accident that Basim plotted. Fatma sends money to Nabila and decides to visit her.

Laila discovers that she's the real Nabila and that Fatma stole her identity.

Nabila plots a plan to save Farah from a fake accident to get closer to Fatma's family. Nabila works in Fatma's company.

Fatma and Hazim argue about her being busy with work. Nabila tells Fatma that her assistant Alaa is working with her enemy Al-Shinnawi. Nabila asks Fatma's maid to watch the house or she will tell them about her thefts.

Nabila makes Fatma think that her husband is seeing another woman and she becomes her secretary.

Hazim fights with Fatma and Nabila reconciles them. Nabila sends Al-Shinnawi an offer but he encounters with a better one.

Nabila decides to include Shinnawi and Nahla in her revenge plans. Fatma finds out that Nabila has been leaking information to her enemy.

Hazim leaves the house with Farah. Nabila reveals to Shinnawi, Nahla, Sherif and Basim that she has been their secret partner. Nabila gets closer to Hazim and Farah.

When Fatma visits Nabila's house, she faints and is rushed to a hospital. Hazim confesses his love for Nabila. Basim hires a man to kill Sherif, for wanting to marry Mona after their divorce, but Mona dies in an accident.

Fatma is forced to sell her company and villa and Nabila buys them from her. Fatma loses Farah's custody. Basim is arrested for killing Yasser. Nabila reveals to Fatma that she knows everything. Fatma confesses her crime to the police and is arrested.
