A scientist is exposed to Gamma rays while conducting his research, which makes him change into the Green Hulk when he gets angry, causing plenty of damage. He tries to find a cure for his condition, while other parties decide to turn their men into hulks too. Thus, the Hulk is forced to face an enemy of his own strength.
