Sookie is forced to make a deal with Pam. The Vampire Authority goes after Bill and Eric. Jason faces a dangerous predicament when Steve's affections for him put his life on the line.

Steve bargains with Jessica to get Jason back. Eric and Bill try to cut a deal with the Vampire Authority. Sookie and Lafayette try to curb the inclinations of the newly-turned Tara.

As Sookie tries to get help to find Tara, the latter struggles to deal with the change as she is pushed to the brink. Bill manages to strike a deal that sends him after Edgington.

Eric confronts Pam about Russell's escape. Terry reflects on a painful memory. Alcide reveals the truth about Marcus and Debbie's deaths to protect Sookie.

Sookie joins forced with Bill and Eric to find Russel. Patrick and Terry's refusal to heed a warning backfires on them. The attacks on shifters continue.

Bill and Eric shake off Salome's influence for personal reasons. The attempt to lift the curse leads to the reveal that it has a steep price. Alcide's attempt to do the right thing during his fight for leadership puts his life on the line.

Sookie gets a new lead about her parents' death. Andy and Jason continue in their pursuit of the hater group. Eric suffers a shocking betrayal.

Tara is forced to resort to violence to protect the bar. Sookie and Jason learn that their parents' death is linked to an old pact. Russell pursues his own designs instead of adhering to the Authority's rules.

As Bill goes on a slippery slope as he sinks deeper into a religious fervor, Nora entertains doubts about the new religion. The Authority faces pressure when the US military catches wind of their murderous deeds.

Luna makes a move to expose the extent of the Authority's crimes. As Eric enlists Sookie's help to bring the Authority down, their attempt to appeal to Bill ends on a horrific note.
