Suleiman falls in love with Salwa, but when her father learns about it, he prevents her from going to school. Suleiman decides to travel to Egypt to complete his studies, and Nasser’s wife tries to convince him to leave his mother’s house and become independent in another house.

Fawzi is thinking about marrying Abu Qasim's daughter to manage his money. Quarrels continue between Mona and her mother-in-law Bazza, and Salwa seeks to find out why Suleiman has not returned and asked to marry her.

Nasser decides to leave home and stay at his grandmother's house. Khaled asks his sister Sharifa to ask for Salwa's hand in marriage. Fawzi takes advantage of Abu Qasim's illness to get closer to his daughter Lulwa and gain his trust.

Salwa's brother, Ali, expresses his objection to Khaled's behavior, but Abu Nasser agrees to their marriage and the wedding takes place.

Khaled's treatment of Salwa and her family changes, and he denigrates them in his conversations. He travels and leaves Salwa alone. On the other hand, Nasser blames his mother and accuses her of inciting his sisters against his grandmother, Bazza.

Salwa informs Khaled that she is pregnant and tells her friend Zahra that Khaled invites his male friends over and they drink alcohol. Fawzi marries Lulwa.

Things are tense between Khaled and Salwa because of her giving birth to a second daughter and his desire to have boys. He continues to invite his friends to stay up late and drink alcohol at home.

Khaled's friend attacks Salwa's room in her house while he is drunk, so the latter flees to her father's house and asks for a divorce from Khaled.

Khaled marries another woman after his divorce from Salwa, and the latter moves with her father to a new house. Khaled refuses to support her two daughters, so Salwa decides to look for work to help her in her life.

Salwa starts her new job and is surprised by Suleiman’s return and his request to marry her. On the other hand, Khaled invites his two daughters to his house to get to know their father’s wife, Madiha.

Madiha falls ill and Khaled refuses to donate a kidney to her to save her, so she dies. Years pass and Salwa’s two daughters grow up and enter university. At the same time, Nasser's son fails in his studies.

Abu Nasser marries again and has a child. Khaled continues to drink alcohol and avoids spending on his two daughters after they enter university. Things become tense between Lulwa and Fawzi.

Fawzi steals Lulwa's father's money, Salwa's daughter Hanan resents her father's lack of interest in her, and Hessa's son proposes to Khaled's daughter.

Fawzi marries another woman and a fire breaks out between the two wives. Saud proposes to Hanan, and Khaled thinks about returning to his first wife, Salwa.

Khaled incites his children from his second wife against their sister Hanan. Walid resents his father’s attempt to seize his salary so he use it to drink alcohol.

Fawzi refuses to let his daughter continue her studies. Ali quarrels with Khaled and asks him to stay away from Salwa and her daughters. Suleiman teaches Salwa's daughter Hanan at the university.

Salwa quarrels with her father, Athari's husband complains to her brother Badr about her bad treatment of him, Khaled's son steals from his father to spend on his studies, and quarrels continue between Fawzi's wives.

Abrar offers her cousin Badur to stay in her grandfather's house. Abrar obtains her university degree, and Salwa remembers her previous life with Khaled.

Salwa complains to her brother Ali about Khaled cutting off her daughters’ expenditures, and the latter refuses to attend his daughter Hanan’s wedding.

Khaled decides to sell his house and kick his children out of it. Hanan marries Saud, Salwa's parents fall ill, and the two are taken to the hospital.

Salwa's mother dies, Fawzi treats his children poorly, and Badr tries to convince his sister Athari to return to her home.

Nasser asks his wife to convince her daughter Athari to return to her husband. Hanan seeks to know why Suleiman is interested in her. Khaled’s two sons turn to their aunt so that their father does not sell the house.

Hanan is upset that her father sold the house and dispersed her brothers. Hamad tries to get closer to Abrar, but she stops him. Athari decides to get divorced.

Abrar regrets breaking off her relationship with Hamad, Khaled moves to a new house, Nasser's daughter gets a divorce, and Salwa's friend tries to convince her to marry Suleiman.

Hamad responds coldly to Abrar's restoration of their relationship in order to teach her a lesson she will never forget. Nasser prevents his daughter from leaving the house. Fawzi tells his brother that he has lost all his money, and Khaled incites his son, Walid, against his two sisters, Salwa's daughters.

Hamad evades his relationship with Abrar after she confesses her love for him. Walid tells Salwa about her daughter’s relationship with a young man. Suleiman remembers the story of his love for Salwa. Badr faints and is taken to the hospital and enters a coma.

Abrar is taken to the hospital in a breakdown state, and Fawzi decides to move to Salwa's house after losing his money. Nasser asks Salwa to mediate with her daughter, the doctor Hanan, to treat his son abroad.

Salwa's father dies. Hanan helps her sister Abrar overcome her crisis with Hamad and with her father Khaled, who falls ill and is taken to the hospital and treated by Suleiman. Nasser asks Fawzi to invite their aunt to stay at Salwa's house.

Athari tries to get closer to Hanan's husband Saud, and Khaled dies in the hospital after his surgery fails.

Hanan gives birth to her first child in the hospital. Fawzi's son asks to marry Abrar, and Suleiman marries Salwa after telling her two daughters the great love story between him and their mother previously.
