In an action-packed atmosphere, officer Danny Fisher (John Cena) apprehends Miles Jackson (Aidan Gilan), one of the most dangerous arm dealers. A year later, Miles escapes from prison and kidnaps Molly, Fisher's girlfriend, to force him to do twelve missions in his favor, otherwise he will kill her if the required tasks are not carried out in time.
