Rahma and her husband Gamal return from abroad, and El Tayeb and Rahma's children meet in El Tayeb's house. Elsewhere, Pakinam, Maged's wife, uses her husband's money for drugs. El Tayeb decides to appoint Rahma as a manager at the hospital.

Pakinam seeks her brother Samir's marriage to Madiha El Tayeb, and El Tayeb wins the tax evasion case. Meanwhile, Rahma discovers the bribes received by El Tayeb Hospital's employees. While the gambling debts still haunt Maged, Thabet's reputation is getting worse because of his whims.

Sabri's debt increases as he tries to fulfill Etemad's requests, and he discovers that employees have robbed the group. Meanwhile, Salwa suffers from Thabet's constant whims. Selim has an accident while stealing files to prove the employees' guilt.

El Tayeb refuses to reduce his prices at the request of the Minister of Industry. Gamal suffers from a liver tumor. Samir tries to get close to Madiha. Thabet discovers that there is a previous acquaintance between Laila the dancer and his father, while Maged learns that his wife is taking drugs.

As Samir proposes to Madiha, Raafat asks El Tayeb for Madiha's hand in marriage. Alia becomes emotionally attached to Thabet, and the Minister of Industry declares war on El Tayeb. Elsewhere, Maged resorts to robbing his father, and Gamal dies.

El Tayeb is forced to close Thabet's car showroom due to his bad reputation and refuses to marry his daughter to Samir. When El Tayeb discovers that Maged robbed him, he scolds his sons, Maged and Thabet, harshly.

Abbas thinks of starting a project after returning to the El Sayeda neighborhood. Madiha suffers a nervous breakdown as her father refuses her marriage to Samir. As Thabet denies his knowledge of Alia to his mother, he and Maged work with their father. Thabet is surprised by Laila's visit to his father.

When El Tayeb submits to the pressure of his wife and Madiha's illness, he agrees to her marriage to Samir. Meanwhile, Rahma opens a clothing factory. As Rifaat and Noha arrange to control Thabet, Pakinam and Samir plan to control El Tayeb's group.

El Tayeb renounces his son Maged, while Abbas tries to get closer to Rahma. When Alia asks to meet Thabet, she is kidnapped by unknown people and gets raped. El Tayeb discovers the existence of a relationship between Thabet and Noha.

As El Tayeb files a case against the minister, Abbas' cooperation with the minister appears. Madiha and Samir's engagement takes place. When Thabet asks Alia to stay away from him, he gets arrested after Alia accuses him of raping her. Meanwhile, Rahma suspects Dr. Rashad's behavior in the hospital.

The minister asks Abbas to partner with El Tayeb in money laundering. When Alia clarifies to Ibrahim El Tayeb that Thabet is innocent, everyone discovers her claim on Thabet, so his innocence appears and he is released.

Rahma is sure that Rashad is involved in medical crimes, and Madiha marries Samir. When El Tayeb is taken to the hospital after a stroke as a result of a tumor, Pakinam persuades Maged to take control of the companies during El Tayeb's illness.

While Samir requests cooperation with Thabet and Maged in managing the companies, Sabri and Selim try to discover the thief in the group. Meanwhile, Rahma cooperates with the police to prove the charges against Rashad.

Rifaat agrees with Thabet and Maged to marginalize Salim and Sabri's roles. When El Tayeb's condition worsens, he arranges to sell his property to Fardous. Pakinam succeeds in getting her father hired in the El Tayeb group.

Thabet and Maged are surprised by the presence of real estate employees in the hospital. Rahma refuses to partner with Abbas, and Dr. Rashad keeps an eye on Rahma as he suspects that she is cooperating with the police.

While Raafat contacts a doctor from abroad to treat El Tayeb, Thabet and Maged try to control El Tayeb's properties, and it is agreed to expel Sabri and Salim. The police arrest Rahma to convince Rashad that she is not cooperating with them.

Rahma is released, and Sabri and Salim are referred for investigation. Rahma refuses to be in a relationship with Abbas. When El Tayeb’s operation succeeds, the referral of Sabri and Selim for investigation is withdrawn, and El Tayeb returns to his home.

When Sanaa is mistakenly killed instead of Laila, and Fardous dies in an accident, the police try to find Sana's killer. Rashad opens up to Rahma about his organ trade to be his partner.

When Laila asks El Tayeb to inform Thabet about what is between them, Thabet and Maged are convinced that there is a relationship between their father and Laila. Later on, the police order that Thabet be arrested.

Thabet marries Noha, and Rashad and his associates are arrested. Sanaa's killer, Omar, is killed during his conflict with the police, and the attempt to kill Rahma fails. Elsewhere, Alia works as a nurse at El Tayeb Hospital.

Maged and Thabet refuse to hand over Fardous's property to their father, and El Tayeb fires Sami from the company. Meanwhile, Thabet and Maged delay appointing their father to manage the company, and Rifaat suggests to Majed removing their father from the group's board of directors.

El Tayeb leaves the group and the house for his children and lives in a hotel. As Madiha is still looking for her father, El Tayeb goes to Abdullah at El Sayeda.

As Sabri and Selim are transferred, Maged and Thabet decide to sell the palace, and Samir discovers Rifaat's theft. Later on, El Tayeb agrees with his children to leave all the companies and take the palace, and Madiha makes a power of attorney for Samir.

While Abdullah suggests to El Tayeb that he reopen the old shop in El Sayeda, El Tayeb receives news of the deteriorating conditions of the group. Later, El Tayeb succeeds in opening a new factory.

Salwa leaves her home to live in El Sayeda with El Tayeb and Abbas succeeds in entering the group as a partner. El Tayeb marries Rahma, and his conditions improve at work.

As El Tayeb returns to the palace with Rahma, the Minister of Industry seeks to close El Tayeb's factories. Meanwhile, Maged signs over most of his property to Pakinam, and Rahma is surprised by Madiha’s pregnancy. Pakinam contemplates an abortion and dies of a drug overdose.

Abbas incites to burn down Rahma Center, and Samir thinks of selling Madiha's share in the group and marrying Mona. Abbas is arrested, and El Tayeb refuses to partner with the minister.

As Samir marries Mona, Madiha doubts his behavior. Meanwhile, Tayeb is surprised by Rahma's pregnancy, and Madiha loses her pregnancy. Maged returns to his father at El Sayeda after the deaths of his son and wife.

When Samir sells his wife's inheritance, Madiha asks for a divorce from him. Meanwhile, Maged works with Hassan. Abbas cooperates with El Tayeb after the minister abandons him.

Abbas and Mona flee abroad, and the minister is dismissed. As Thabet and Samir are arrested, El Tayeb returns to the group, and Rahma gives birth to her child. Raafat marries Madiha, and Maged marries Hoda. Thabet is released from prison.
