Shawq enters the life of the painter Laith, who is separated from his wife and does not take into consideration the circumstances of her illness with a malignant disease. Laith seeks to marry Shawq and continues smuggling human organs from Iraq to Lebanon through the sea, per his agreement with Shawq. However, Umm Karam watches what is happening from a distance and tries to stand up to this crime.
