Chosen for the Official Selection of Cannes Film Festival 2012, this drama film features two 14 year-old Arkansas boys who one adventurous day find a boat hung in a tree in which a fugitive man called Mud lives. He murdered a man to save the love of his life, Juniper, and is looking for her to escape together. The family of the man he murdered find his whereabouts and everyone's life is at stake.
