Al Halawani tries to mediate between the residents of the neighborhood and solve their problems. The series presents its events through two contrasting settings: Zamalek, representing the wealthy class, and Boulaq, representing the working class. It explores the possibility of connecting the two communities through businessmen who wish to convey their messages to the locals.
