A program in which the Nine network purchases four neighboring homes in a southern Melbourne suburb. After that, four groups are chosen to remodel the house completely. The block is listed for auction with a basic price of one million pounds once the renovations are finished. The extra money goes to the family who did the renovations if the house sells for more than that.
