When the employee of a commercial company discovers that the bills have been tampered with, he informs his colleague who has signed them. Meanwhile, Aziz meets the owner of the company and tries to ingratiate himself with him.

Cee Fatoum argues with Aziz and he is advised to just shut his eyes to the whole embezzlement matter, which he refuses. It is revealed that Aziz's daughter is seeing the son of Cee Fatoum. The father of Aziz's lover passes away.

Aziz goes to offer his condolences. Meanwhile, he tries to devise a plot to have Cee Fatoum accused of stealing the goods from the store. When Amr decides to move out of his parents' house, Nawal tries to find him.

Seeing how exhausted Cee Fatoum is, the Hajj gives him leave. Amr and Nawal get into a tragic accident. While on her travels, Aziz's girlfriend is arrested.

Aziz tries to get the Hajj's favor by claiming that Cee Fatoum is unfit for work. Aziz's girlfriend is accused of smuggling drugs.

Cee Fatoum misses his son and the latter's mother visits him. Aziz wants to propose to Nawal, who rejects him and tells her father that she doesn't know him. Meanwhile, the officer tries to find a way out for the girl who is accused of smuggling drugs.

Cee Fatoum tries to communicate to the Hajj that Aziz is an embezzler. Amr tells Nawal he cannot marry her, for they are of different social classes. At the Hajj's house, his wife approves of Aziz and wants to wed him their daughter. Amr becomes successful, thanks to Al-Fadel's support.

Aziz asks Cee Fatoum to pay no heed to the embezzlement issue for his own good. Aziz and Hamady plot to rob the company. The contractor calls the Hajj and they agree on the project proposal, despite Cee Fatoum's disapproval. Nawal asks Amr to marry her.

Aziz gets into Cee Fatoum's office and forges the signatures. Hamady has Cee Fatoum beaten and kidnapped. The police officer carries out his investigations into the case. Aziz starts seeing Nawal and asks her out.

With so much corruption and deceit in his new work environment, Amr feels uncomfortable and anxious. The Hajj agrees with the contractor about the project, without asking for Cee Fatoum's advice. Nawal visits Amr's place and reminisces over their past together.

Cee Fatoum's health goes downhill, worrying his whole family. Meanwhile, the detective conducts his investigations at the company. Hamady is mad that Cee Fatoum survived his murder attempt.

Cee Fatoum's son returns from his travels. Amr starts working at the Hajj's company, much to Aziz's distress since the two of them will have to do work together. The gang tries to figure a way out of what they got themselves into. Meanwhile, Aziz and the contractor tamper with the bills.

Amr's dedication to his job gets him close to the Hajj. Meanwhile, Aziz still works with Al-Ba'azawy and Al-Fadly to have control over the whole project. The Hajj gets the money from the gang, while the police resume their investigations.

Amina accuses Aziz of putting the drugs in her luggage and having her imprisoned. Amr tries to figure a way to expose Aziz to the Hajj. Nawal passes out when a date is set for her and Aziz's marriage.

Aziz quarrels with Amr when the latter refuses to fund him, leading the Hajj to discover that Aziz is an embezzler. Cee Fatoum leaves the hospital in a wheelchair, and he gives Amr documents condemning Aziz. Al-Ba'azawy's gang kills Aziz.
