When the Avengers raid a Hydra facility in Eastern European Sokovia and confiscate Loki's scepter from its commander, Tony Stark uses the scepter's gem to complete "Ultron", a global defense program. Ultron gains artificial ingelligence from the gem and believes he must eradicate humanity to save Earth. The Avengers must face evolving Ultron, his robot army and the Scarlet Witch to save humanity.
