Ibrahim falls ill and is taken to the hospital to undergo the necessary tests. The doctor informs his daughter, Badriya, of the necessity of performing a kidney transfer for her father due to his poor health condition.

Badriya meets with her two brothers, Khaled and Ghanima. Khaled proposes to everyone that they buy a kidney, and Abdullah, Badriya’s husband, offers to donate his kidney in exchange for a large sum of money. Ibrahim is sad that none of his children have donated.

Abdullah agrees with Ibrahim's family to undergo some tests to find out who is the right person to donate, and the relationship between Sanaa and her husband Khaled becomes tense.

Sanaa leaves the house and stays with Badriya. Rabie informs Abdullah of his problems with the company, and the doctor reveals to everyone that Ghanima’s medical tests agree with her father’s.

Abdullah suggests to Khaled that he pay Ghanima the money for the kidney. Salem refuses to let her donate the kidney, and Ibrahim informs Ghanima of Salem's sterility.

Salem and Ghanima agree to donate a kidney to her father, Ibrahim, but at the last minute, his friend donates to him, and Ibrahim regains his health.
