Desperately trying to save his trade in used cars, Ben Celik (James Brolin) decides to hire a team of car mercenaries to boost sales during the July 4th holiday. The team is led by Don Reddy (Jeremy Bevin), nicknamed "The Goods" with Don's fluent tongue and self-confidence. The goal is to sell more than 200 cars over a three-day period, which he discovers that it will be a burdensome task.
