Rashed is sentenced to seven years in prison for fraud. As he meets his friend, the thief Awad, inside each recounts how he was arrested. Rashed's children are upset when they learn that he is going to be released.

Rashed and Awad are released. As Rashed waits for his children to take him home, his son Hassan refuses to inform his siblings. Mayasa waits for Rashed to be released to take revenge on him.

Rashed is upset that his children have kicked him out of the house. Mariam is threatened by divorce if she took her father's side. Aseel tries to convince her brother Hassan to forgive their father.

Hassan aspired to wed his cousin but he is afraid to propose to her when he has an ex-con for a father. Awad tries to convince Rashed to become a security guard to earn a living.

Mayasa discovers Rashed's location. Rashed tells Awad that he is forging papers for a big defrauding scheme.

Rashed and Ma'touk agree to swindle the miserly Mubarak. Hassan starts working for his cousin. Aseel and Mariam agree to partner up on a project to sell handbags.

Rashed discovers that he inherited a fortune from his grandfather. His children's uncle, Fahd, tries to get close to his niece and nephews when he finds out about the inheritance.

Ahmed apologizes to Rashed and asks him to come home with him. Mayasa meets Rashed who agrees to wed her but stipulates that she must complete a specific mission first. Fahd plots to get Hassan and his daughter close.

When Rashed tells Fahd that the inheritance isn't that big, Fahd's attitude changes. Mayasa stays in Awad's house as Rashed implements his new plan. Rashed asks Fahd to deliver a letter to his children.

Mayasa and Ma'touk claim that Rashed borrowed money from Mayasa and asks his children to pay her back. The lawyer suggests that they sell the house to pay off the money. Fahd tells his daughter to stay away from Hassan.

Rashed's children agree to sell the house. Mariam's husband discovers that there is no inheritance. Rashed and Mayasa move into the house.

Rashed informs his children that he did inherit a fortune. As Hassan starts working with his father, Aseel quits selling handbags. Rashed invites everyone to his house to celebrate.

Rashed considers buying a tower to use for his work. Hassan and Ahmed agree to work with their father. Awad proposes that he and Rashed open a restaurant.

Tahany advises Hassan to try and get close to his father. Rashed asks Awad and Ma'touk to monitor Fahd and Abu Khalifa (Khalifa's father). Khalifa tells his wife, Mariam, that he is going to quit his job and work for her father.

Hassan proposes to Tahany. Rashed gathers his children and tells them that their debts have been paid off. He gives them money to start a project.

Rashed approves Hassan and Tahany's marriage. Mayasa suggests for Rashed to buy some land. Rashed is surprised when he learns that he has another inheritance from his grandmother.

As Rashed and Abu Khalifa agree to work together, Rashed asks him to keep the news from Fahd. Mariam and her husband pay off all their debts.

Rashed tells Ma'touk and Awad that he intends to seize Mayasa's money. When Ma'touk tells Rashed that Fahd is about to declare bankruptcy, Rashed deceives Fahd and tells him that he is looking forward to partnering up with him. He asks for Tahany's hand for his son.

Tahany and Hassan wed. Rashed carries his plan against Fahd and Abu Khalifa. Rashed hires Ahmed and Saleh in his company.

Rashed offers for Saleh to invest his money in the company. Mariam asks her husband to rent out their apartment and move in with her father. Rashed donates a large sum of money to charity.

Fahd and Abu Khalifa are arrested. Ahmed sees Mayasa with an unknown man.

Rashed tells his children that their uncle Fahd is the reason he was imprisoned. Rashed hires Khalifa in his company.

As Tahany convinces Hassan to join her against his father, Awad records their conversation. Mayasa eavesdrops on Hassan and Mariam's conversation in which they talk about securing their share of their father's money.

Mayasa recalls what her mother said about Rashed and that he is the reason she died. Hassan and Tahany ask to work with Rashed. Saleh wants to get engaged to Aseel. Awad warns the merchants against Hassan and Tahany.

Rashed plots with Abu Okab against Hassan and Tahany. Aseel tells Mariam that Saleh proposed to her. Mayasa gives Rashed a forged procuration to sell the land.

Rashed tells everyone that he lost all his money. As the house gets foreclosed, Hassan goes to live with Tahany's father. Mayasa files for divorce. Mariam refuses to help Rashed.

Rashed asks Aseel and Ahmed to give him money to pay off his debts. As Abu Khalifa and Fahd get out of prison, they agree to partner up with Hassan and Mariam on a new project.

When Mayasa steal Rashed's money from the house and runs away, he deceives her by telling her that the money is forged and she will be arrested at the airport. Fahd agrees to buy Rashed's company.

Rashed bids his children farewell and tells them that he got the house back for them. As they receive news of his death, Fahd and his daughter abandon Hassan.

Rashed leaves a will and a sum of money for each of his children. Hassan divorces his wife. Rashed returns and tells his children that he is alive. As he tricks Fahd and Khalifa and gets his money back, Mayasa threatens to kill him.
