A former special forces agent, who was falsely imprisoned for six years, is released from prison. After he witnesses the killing of a policeman at the hands of the Chinese mafia, who kidnaps a girl and seizes a bag full of money, he finds himself on a new mission in which he cooperates with the Russian mafia against the Chinese mafia.
