A group of corrupt men seize state lands and sell them to more than one person. As Farid discovers that his brother Asim and uncle Mohsen are involved in the matter, he confronts Asim, but he denies it.

As Mustafa discovers that his son Hamed, is the one who switched the money, Farid disappears from his family. Huda doubts Farid's relationship with Sana, and Asim and Mohsen agree to sell a new land.

Asim, his wife Souad, Mohsen, and Huda travel to Europe, and Sana agrees to accompany them after feeling Farid's love for Mustafa's daughter, Buthaina.

Sana tells Farid in tears that Mohsen asked to marry her because he knew about her imprisoned father. Buthaina gets hit by her father because of her visit to Farid, and the people of maritime square prevent Farid from being in their area.

As Hamed hides Farid's letter from his father to take advantage of the money, Sana is concerned about her father's case getting exposed in front of her colleagues. Farid gets arrested after Mohsen files a case with the trust receipt he has after Farid confronts him with his fraud.

Mustafa refuses Mohsen's financial offer to control the people of the square to be able to demolish the buildings, and he leaves the rest of the money in the safe. The people of the square reprimand Mustafa after learning from Hamid that he helped Farid and paid him the money for the trust receipt.

Souad asks Asim about what Farid had told her about his brother's fraud, so he falsely claims that Farid is lying as an act of revenge on Mohsen for refusing to marry Huda to him. Souad asks Huda about the truth, and the latter confirms Asim's testimony.

Mohsen spies on the people of the square, and files a compensation case against the people of the square, ignoring his promise to Buthaina that he will postpone the case to solve it amicably.

Mohsen removes everyone involved in selling the land, and Farid fails to reach them. Hamed conspires with Mohsen to demolish the buildings after promising him a job to secure his future. Sana's resignation is rejected after the exposure of the fact that her father is imprisoned.

Sana discovers that Farid is the one who exposed her at work, in order to make her get rid of her fear. Hamed is still conspiring with Mohsen against the people of the square and sowing hatred in their hearts towards Farid.

Sana confesses her love for Farid to Huda and convinces her that Mohsen and Asim are in cahoots in swindling people of the square. Mohsen agrees to resell the land to foreigners.

Mohsen's picture collapses in front of his daughter after Hamed told her that he conspired with him against the people of the square. Huda overhears her father talking to Asim about killing Farid. Asim threatens Mohsen to reveal the plot if he doesn't give him money that would satisfy the people of the square.

Farid is still trying to reach Masoud, who participated with his brother in the scam. Farid seeks the help of a member of the People's Assembly, who advises him to tell the press to strengthen their position.

Souad threatens to expose Mohsen if he doesn't relinquish the verdict, and Mohsen forces Asim to write a confession of his fraud under threat. The verdict is suspended as documents are delivered proving the involvement of Asim and Farid, so they are arrested. Farid asks Sana to marry him.
