Russell asks lawyer Jalal to help her escape to Turkey, as he did with her husband Adel before, but he refuses. Jalal is surprised by someone who tells him that his father, Saeed, is still alive and working as a fisherman.
Jalal gathers his siblings and tells them about their father, Saeed, and his memory loss. His siblings refuse his return for fear of making them look bad in their high society, but Jalal kidnaps him and places him in Farouk Hospital until they find a solution to his problem.
Farouk asks Jalal to quickly remove their father from the hospital so that the matter is not revealed, and Farouk suggests keeping Saeed with their uncle.
Jalal tries to hide his father's condition from the hospital doctor, Shada, and falsely claims that he is his uncle Taher, his father's twin. Jalal suggests to his siblings that they either place their father in a nursing home or replace their uncle with their father in front of everyone.
Farouk decides to take on the case of the serial killer Sami in exchange for carrying out a mission for him, and he releases Sami from prison. At the same time, Farouk approaches Russell in order to help her escape outside the country in the hope of getting rid of her.
Neshat asks Farouk to return his father to where he came from without Jalal's knowledge, so Saeed hurries to escape from the hospital.
Farouk returns Saeed to the hospital and locks him in the warehouse. The latter beats the nurse, Rashid, and runs away again. Meanwhile, Jalal takes Sami to his uncle's, the minister, house to complete his plan.
Sami convinces his mother to work at Minister Taher's house, and at the same time, Farouk is able to reach Saeed and take him with him to his home.
Russell travels and bids farewell to Taher, and Sami’s mother takes her job at Taher’s house. Meanwhile, Jalal tells Farouk his concern about Taher writing his memoirs and revealing all the corruption.
Sami takes Russell across the country's borders to smuggle her out. At the same time, Jalal seeks to develop a plan to get rid of Taher and is thinking of killing him and burying him at home.
Taher remembers his life and childhood with his brother Saeed. Jalal gets rid of Taher and buries him in his house. Farouk brings Saeed to Taher's house and puts him in his bed to impersonate him.
Sami helps Russell escape from a group of thieves on the border. Saeed wakes up and finds himself in Taher's house. Jalal tries to convince him that he is Taher, but he has amnesia.
Secretary Abu Salman and Umm Sami are surprised by Saeed's distraction, and they think about taking him to a doctor. Russell gives birth to her child in the middle of the mountains.
Jalal asks Farouk to help him marry Nihal, and Neshat arouses the anger of the political party against him for an article he published in the newspaper. At the same time, Russell recovers after giving birth and continues her journey with Sami across the border.
Neshat watches Farouk and Jalal, and the latter shoots him, thinking he is an unknown person. Farouk and Jalal agree to falsely claim that Neshat was assassinated under mysterious circumstances. Abu Salman asks Saeed to complete writing his memoirs at the ministry.
Jalal asks Abu Salman for the minister's memoirs, deluding him into believing that he is in a bad psychological state. Jalal falsely claims that his brother died while doing his work in the press against terrorism. Russell worries that her grandfather, the minister, has not communicated with her.
Saeed tries to escape but fails again. Russell saves Sami from the attack of one of the people who tried to kill him.
Russell is surprised by her grandfather’s reaction to her phone calls. Abu Salman tells Saeed that Jalal has seized all his memoirs and is prevented from completing them. Farouk is shocked when Jalal decides to get rid of their sister after she tries to expose what they are doing.
Sami's health condition deteriorates after he suffers a deep stab wound in his abdomen, and Russell seeks to help him. Agadir threatens Nurse Rashid if he does not reveal the truth about what Farouk did to Saeed.
Agadir asks Wafiq to support her against her brothers Farouk and Jalal and expose their manipulation. Umm Sami seeks to uncover the truth about Nurse Rashid, while Sami asks Russell to leave him and continue her journey.
Russell returns to search for Sami after Umm Ibrahim informs her of his death. Rashid asks Saeed to relieve him of his duties by working for him. Abu Nihal tries to convince her to undergo surgery to be able to see again.
It becomes clear that Sami is not dead and someone saves him from drowning. Abu Nihal asks Jalal to consummate his marriage to his daughter, and the latter kidnaps Nawar to keep him away from Nihal.
Nawar worries about his sick father, and Agadir meets her father, Saeed, and tries to convince him that he is Saeed and not the minister. Meanwhile, Jalal plans to release Marhoun from prison and agrees with the prison officer to forge his file in the name of another person.
Nihal refuses to marry Jalal, and Saeed is surprised by someone visiting him at home and telling him that he is his son, Furat.
Russell refuses to return to Iraq except with Sami, and she searches for him. Furat doubts his father's mentality, and Jalal agrees with the officer to place Nawar instead of the criminal, Marhoun, in prison.
Furat transfers Saeed to the hospital after falling into a coma, and Sami meets Sanaa, a Turkish woman, who decides to help him find Russell.
Furat doubts Jalal and his relationship with what is happening to Saeed. The police officer fears his involvement with Jalal in imprisoning Nawar instead of Marhoun. A person attacks Russell and tries to kidnap her child.
Sarah confesses to Sami that she loves him. The officer releases Nawar and confesses his involvement in corruption cases. Abu Nihal quarrels with his daughter because she refuses to marry Jalal.
Nawar is taken to the hospital after his suicide attempt, and Jalal agrees with a group of criminals to kidnap Furat and get rid of him.
Nawar reveals the truth about Jalal in front of Abu Nihal and tells him of his plan to get rid of the minister. Russel finds Sami and returns to Iraq. Jalal mistakenly kills Farouk and the police get rid of Furat's kidnappers.
