Mahmoud and Abdel Qader are brothers who are always at odds, as Mahmoud thinks that Abdel Qader is trying to cause a rift between him and his wife, which leads him to cast him out. He later returns to Mahmoud to tell about his wife’s affair with his friend while drunk, and asks him to investigate it himself.
