On his birthday, Omar El-Shennawy's friends celebrate it by sending him flowers. Although he is very handsome and romantic, he is unmarried. He has been single ever since the girl he once loved left him for another man. His wounds haven't healed yet.
After the celebrations, Omar feels abandoned and detached. His sister tries to find him a bride, so she invites their neighbor over for dinner, and tries to set them up.
Omar is still searching for his ex-lover in everyone he meets. His sister tries to set him up with Rabab. Another woman tries to approach him, and Omar actually likes her.
Both women are trying to approach Omar in different ways. Meanwhile, Laila, his ex-lover, is trying to convince her husband to stay and raise their daughter in Egypt. Her husband distrusts her motives.
Nour's relationship with Omar starts to develop, as Laila continues to struggle to persuade her husband to stay in Egypt.
All the women are trying to woo Omar. While on the phone with Omar, Laila hears Nour's voice and reflects over how Omar hasn't changed a bit: he is the same Casanova he once was.

Omar receives a call from his sister admonishing him for his absence. Omar apologizes and tries to make amends. Meanwhile, he tries to reignite his love story with Laila after her divorce.
Omar exhibits some signs of aging: stuttering and inarticulate speaking and high blood pressure. His doctor assures him that these signs are normal, and advises him to rest and think about settling down.
Omar's health is going from bad to worse, and everyone around him is trying to console him.
With physical therapy, Omar's health improves. He makes use of that and calls Rabab to apologize for his sister's mistreatment of her. Laila gives him a call, and Omar seizes the opportunity to ask to meet her.
Just as Omar and Laila meet up, Rabab decides to use magic and witchcraft to make Omar fall for her. She goes one step further and asks him to lunch. Omar agrees, ignorant of what she has in store for him.
Omar grows concerned when all women suddenly avoid him, and he suspects that Tarek is behind this. Rabab continues to try to find her way to Omar's heart.
Sarah asks Shehab to tell everyone about their love, but he asks her to give him some time. Nada is still trying to click with Omar. Laila decides to open a flower shop, and Omar calls to congratulate her.

Omar tells Laila that he loves her, and he bluntly tells Rabab that he doesn't envision them together.

Omar learns that his sister, Sarah, had a secret relationship with Shehab, and he reproaches her for it. His own romance is going smoothly until Rabab comes across some interviews that hint at Omar's secret relationship with Nour.
After the revelation that Omar had a relationship with Nour, Laila tells him that she needs some time to reconsider their relationship. Omar immediately breaks up with Nour.

Nour is murdered, and Omar is accused of murdering her. Sarah and Shehab's marriage is announced. Sameh learns about Nada's relationship with Omar, and they quarrel when he confronts her.
Nada asks her mother to return to Egypt to meet a suitor. Meanwhile, Sarah and Shehab have an argument as Sarah expresses that she wants to get a divorce.
Nada informs her mother that she has been in a relationship with Omar. Laila is enraged, and when she confronts Omar, he denies any knowledge of the fact that they were mother and daughter.
Omar is found innocent, and he is freed. Laila leaves the country to avoid Omar by all means. After the chaos, everybody goes back to their normal lives.
