Émilien, a misfortunate, clumsy, and endearing Marseille officer, is forced to help Gibert watch over a Belgian criminal who is said to be dangerous. Since Emilien's wife Petra is gone on an important trip, his friend and cab driver Daniel offers to watch their sons. The Belgian eventually manages to escape, and as the friends pursue him, they come across a bank robbery and a drug lord's mansion.
