Based on an ancient Korean legend; the sea king becomes critically ill and is told to eat a rabbit's liver to survive. The king sends a turtle ashore to lure a rabbit to the underwater kingdom. However, the turtle and rabbit become friends and work together to protect the kingdom from the sharks.
