Khaled tries to return to his wife and son, but her father refuses. Khaled remembers how he abandoned them, his addiction, and his disdain for his home and family. His father kicks him out and refuses to welcome him back.

Khaled searches for work to no avail. On the other hand, the police are investigating a murder and seeking to know the identity of the dead man. Meanwhile, Badr agrees with Salem and Khalil about the new drug shipment.

The police interrogate Shawqi about the money he has, and Ahmed blames his father for kicking Khaled out of the house, while the latter remembers how he met Khalil and led him to addiction.

Badr threatens Khalil and asks him to return the goods he received from Salem. Khaled's father discovers Youssef’s agreement with his competitor to give up the bid to him. Khalil offers Khaled a job with him, claiming that he works in trade, introduces him to Badr, and asks him to hand over a bag to someone.

Ahmed regrets treating Khaled badly and tries to convince his uncle and father to give him another chance. Badr tells Khalil that he pushed Khaled into addiction again so he could work with them. The police interrogate Amer in the case of Jamal’s murder, and Amer fears the real killer will be revealed.

Khaled returns to addiction, and Ahmed tries to convince him to return to his wife and son. Khaled agrees to work with Badr, but on the condition that he share the profits from the drug shipment.

Khaled agrees with the police to capture Badr. As Khaled's condition deteriorates, he is admitted to the hospital to receive addiction therapy.
