Samira dreams of marrying Adel despite his dire financial circumstances, while her mother pressures her to marry a rich man to get out of the poverty the family is suffering from. Adel proposes to Samira, but her choice puts her in the face of many problems resulting from the social and financial differences between the two families, which threatens the fate of their marriage.
