The events take place in a village located on the sea coast, whose people are professional fishermen. There, a constant conflict arises between the mayor and the village chief, as the latter marries a woman and then divorces her, and the mayor marries her. Then the woman appears with her daughter, and the conflict revolves around the child's father.
