Santiago wakes up normally. His family is waiting for him in the kitchen on his birthday. They sing "Happy Birthday to You" and offer him gifts. However, when he receives his youngest son's gift, he tells him he doesn't love him for no reason, and although the boy cries and says he loves him, he repeats his comments. So what is the reason behind that?
