After her divorce, Mona devotes her life to taking care of her children, Fahd and Maryam, while continuing her work, and hopes for a bright future for them. Years later, she learns the news of her ex-husband's marriage to another woman, and remembers how she used to live in the illusion that he loved her and that he would not abandon her.
