A cartoon from Argentina that is regarded as the world's first animated picture. The story revolves around Argentine President Hipólito Yrigoyen, who ascends to Mount Olympus and talks with the gods about ridding Buenos Aires of vice and corruption using the god Zeus's lightning bolts, only to have the entire city burn down.
