As a scheme by the Sheriff of Nottingham ends up with Robin Hood's arrest, Tom the cat discovers the nefarious plans the Sherrif is involved in and turns on him. With the aid of Jerry the mouse, who is one of Robin Hood's accomplices, he sets out to free Robin and rescue the king from assassination.
