Faded professional wrestler Randy 'The Ram' Robinson struggles to adjust to life outside the wrestling ring, as he juggles with keeping a small time job, mending his relationship with his estranged daughter and bonding with a stripper.

Randy "The Ram" Robinson is a professional wrestler with fading health and shape, who now works part-time in a supermarket and plays fights on weekends. After suffering a heart attack during training, he decides to stop playing and take a full time job, while trying to reconcile with his daughter and get closer to his love interest Cassidy, who like Randy, is getting old for her job as a stripper. After failing to keep his relationships with both his daughter and Cassidy, he quits his job and decides to return to wrestling, as he belongs to the ring, with the fans who, unlike the rest of the world, truly love him.
