While touring the haunted Louisiana bayous, a group of tourists discovers that the ghost story that took place in the swamps is actually real. Haunted by a mysterious, murderous figure, they struggle to make it out alive after their boat sinks, leaving them stranded under the mercy of a killer.
After escaping from the clutches of the bayou-butcher Victor Crowley, Marybeth goes back to the swamp with a team of hunters and gunmen, as she vows to put an end to Crowley's terrifying rule forever.
Marybeth teams up with a policeman and his ex-wife to put an end to the killing spree of the axe-wielding maniac, Victor Crowley.
