Yassin is a vet in the only zoo left in the West Bank. His son Ziad has a special bond with the zoo's giraffes. When an Israeli air raid kills the male giraffe, the female giraffe refuses to eat, so Yassin and Ziad decide to find her a new mate, even if they have to steal one from Tel Aviv.
