The story revolves around an unknown man known as The Challat or The Blade, who wanders on his bike in the streets of Tunis in the summer of 2003, carrying a sharp blade to hit the buttocks of women. As he terrorizes the city, a female director decides to find out if he's just a rumor or if he's real.
