The railway employs a young doctor to treat workers. He lives in a historic Cairo neighborhood. The series shows how severe the workers' conditions are, so they fake illness to get sick leave. The doctor meets a European girl and compares Eastern and Western cultures. Everyone thinks she's easy to get.
