Different stories of different families that intersect: a family of a husband, a wife, and three daughters that were forced by the explosions and destruction to flee home, another family with a wife that is over-protective of her husband, and another family with a wife that fears her husband.

Sawsan's mother asks her to follow a diet, while her father suggests she practice sports. Abu Subhy stipulates a huge sum of money in exchange for Noura's stay with Umm Ragheb. Zuhair gives Umm Noura a book to help her daughter study.

Abu Sobhy's family has to bear the brunt of his unemployment. Jihad futilely tries to approach Amani. Zuhair admonishes Nesrine for delaying the work for Jihad's office. It becomes evident that Jalal and Salwan aren't getting along and that their father is cheating on their mother.

Noura refuses to accept Ragheb's gift. Nermine calls Abu Selwan to reconcile him. Abu Jalal refuses to call the cops to report the theft. Sawsan attempts to come to Wael's notice. Amani goes out on a date with Jihad.

Nermine wants to introduce Abu Selwan to her son as a friend of hers. Noura accepts Ragheb's gift, a mobile phone, and he starts calling and texting her. Heba advises Amani to accept Jalal's marriage proposal. The doctor urges Enaam to run workups and then transfers her to blood and cancer specialists.

It is learnt that Enaam has colon cancer. Nidhal confronts Amani with her texts to Jihad, and she turns the table on him and reveals his relationship with Bana. Nesrine complains about Zuhair's suspicious and under-the-table business and his unpleasant manner in talking to her.

Ragheb harasses Noura, but she pushes him away. After the incident, she throws his phone and tells her mother she won't go there again. Haifaa turns cold with her husband. The doctor urges Enaam to have a surgery.

Wessam proposes to Roaa. Ragheb puts a drug in Noura and her family's food, and when they lose consciousness, he rapes Noura. Haifaa takes her friends' advice and decides to try to win her husband over.

Things get complicated and Noura loses all hope and tries to commit suicide. Following his dispute with his wife, Nour's father leaves the house and takes another wife. Sawsan tells her mother she wants to marry Wael.

Upon learning of her illness, Nesrine asks Zuhair to visit his wife. Roaa is having second thoughts regarding marrying Wessam. Jihad forges one of Salim's transactions. Sobhy becomes mournful when he learns of what happened to Noura.

Umm Sobhy falls ill when she learns of what happened to Noura. Abu Haitham marries Soaad. Jalal is arrested in a brothel. Roaa reconsiders marrying Wessam who wants her to don a hijab.

Roaa decides to give Wessam another shot, especially that he took Ali's advice. Nesrine volunteers in an organization for looking after children with cancer. Haifaa goes out to have dinner with her children, and Abu Selwan gets mad at her.

Jihad takes Salim's car now that the tires of his own car are worn down. Haifaa acts in defiance of Abu Selwan's wishes and she goes out with her children once more. She even asks them to buy her a new phone. Roaa accepts to marry Wessam.

An explosion occurs at Nesrine's workplace. Abu Selwan divorces Haifaa, and she decides not to leave the house. Heba and Soaad get on well now. Amal proposes to Jihad and wants to have children with him.

Umm Sobhy agrees to let Noura look after Enaam. Jihad plants the counterfeit money among Nesrine's money. Jihad asks Amal to marry in secret and postpone the children matter. Soaad's pregnancy stirs different responses; Heba rejoices while Haitham is saddened by the news.

Jihad marries Amal. Enaam is pleased with Noura. Ragheb's parents want to wed him. Meanwhile, he buys Noura a new phone. Haitham suggests Heba and he sell their house and buy other two instead. Nesrine observes a problem in one of their transactions.

Umm Sobhy learns that her husband has been frequenting a brothel, and she gets unspeakably mad when she learns he has also been getting money in exchange for Noura's services to Enaam. Soaad agrees to sell the house.

Amal gives Jihad the down payment for the car. Abu Selwan reproaches Jalal for assaulting Mona. Noura meets Ragheb. Abu Sobhy's second wife cannot beget children. Umm Sobhy asks Zuhair not to give the money to her husband.

Noura refuses to report the incident to the police for fear of scandal. Noura has an abortion while Ragheb is abroad.

Abu Haitham reproaches his son for talking inappropriately to Soaad. Haitham expresses his wish for Soaad to abort in order for him to evade the conscription. Ragheb tells his mother he raped Noura.

Sobhy refuses to let Noura work for Zuhair's family. Sawsan tells Haifaa Wael wants to propose to her. Haifaa, meanwhile, tells her husband she wants to get back to him. When Ragheb proposes to Noura, she weeps and tells him she doesn't deserve him.

A group of armed men kidnap Selwan and ask for a ransom. Haitham claims his share in his mother's jewelry. Zuhair questions Nesrine about the fault noted in one of the transactions. Ghazi and Ragheb assume their jobs.

Salim suggests he and Jihad have one last mission that will earn them 1.5 millions, then they will set fire to the directorate so nothing will be held against them.

The news of an investigation regarding some counterfeit transactions spread. Abu Selwan sets a date to meet Wael. Ragheb asks his mother to rush his wedding to Noura.

Amani doesn't approve of Ragheb and Noura's marriage. Wael calls Sawsan and tells her to postpone their wedding for a couple of years until he improves his financial conditions. Haitham buys a truck. A number of employees are being investigated in the light of the recent events at the company.

Selwan starts effecting his plot against Abu Sobhy, mistaking him for the man Sawsan told him about. Jalal sees his father with Nermine. Jihad tells the detective that chances are Nesrine is behind all the forgery. Haitham starts working on the truck.

Noura tells her mother that Ragheb wants to marry her. Ragheb's mother tells Amani that Ragheb raped Noura. Enaam assures Noura that she can have a surgery to end her dilemma.

Jihad asks Salim about the cases the detective is currently working on. The idea of the surgery is rejected by Noura's family. Ramez and Jalal are shocked to learn that Abu Sobhy's other wife is Maram.

Abu Selwan hires Sobhy, and he takes Haifaa back as his wife. A suitor asks for Nermine's hand. Ragheb leaves his parents' house following a dispute with his father. Haitham's father reproaches him for defrauding his own sister.

Selwan expels Abu Sobhy, and so does Selwan's father when Abu Sobhy tells him about Jalal's problem. The detective specifically calls Jihad for investigation more than once. Abu Ragheb reprimands his son when he learns he raped Noura.

Roaa cannot tolerate Wessam's manners anymore. Amani reports to the detective that Jihad had the password to the computer that has all the company's information on it. Salim urges Jihad to leave the country. Abu Sobhy starts working as a taxi driver.

Nermine breaks up with Abu Selwan to look after her son. The detective reveals to Zuhair that Jihad is behind the deceit and forgery, but he will get away with it due to the country's unfavorable circumstances. Ragheb tells Noura that he is the abhorrent man who raped her. Haitham gets shot at.

When they learn Ragheb was the one who raped Noura, Sobhy, infuriated, heads to murder Ragheb. Noura refuses to marry Ragheb and he commits suicide. Enaam passes away. Ali's family house falls down. Wael and Sawsan get married. Maram is pregnant.
