In order to thwart a massive German operation intended to destroy the port of Dover, Spike Milligan decides to go behind enemy lines to the Nazi-occupied territory in France during the time that Nazi Germany was occupying the country. He goes there with a few of his friends, going through the French resistance and enemy.
