Mahmoud Al-Miniawy is working on a cure for vitiligo. When Salwa writes an article, she shows it to her daughter Hala to give her her comments on it.

When Mahmoud and Salwa find out that their son Rab'ei throws his sandwiches in the trash, he reveals that since his mother feeds him before school, he doesn't need the sandwiches.

When Mahmoud's friend, the journalist Rif'at Fayyad, agrees to publish Salwa's articles in his newspaper, her first article becomes a success. Salwa gets angry with her daughter after watching her on TV while she's protesting.

Samy admires Salwa's sister, Sahar, after a conversation they had. The school summons Rab'ei's parents after he breaks a lamp in class. Mahmoud suggests that his father works as a director of a private school after his retirement.

After Rab'ei corresponds with a girl from Austria and tells her that he's 18 years old, she comes from Austria, and he ends up making his older brother pretend to be him.

Mika causes chaos within the family, as Sahar goes to Samy's clinic and sees her there, which makes Sahar get into an argument with Samy.

When Mahmoud plans with Rif'at not to let Salwa work from the newspaper’s headquarters, she threatens to quit and work for another newspaper.

After Mahmoud refuses her work in the newspaper, Salwa gets angry and goes to live with her mother. Sahar drives a wedge between Samy and Mahmoud, which causes Mahmoud to fire him. Samy asks him to return to the clinic again. Mika finds out the truth about Rab'ei.

Hatem sends an anonymous letter to his mother in which he talks about his problem with his family and their neglect of him. People come to Salwa in the magazine, thinking that their children are the ones who sent her the message.

When Essam proposes to Hala, Mahmoud rejects the notion completely. Dr. Hilal tells Mahmoud that his daughter Hala loves him but he does not feel the same.

When a TV channel offers Salwa to work on a family program called "My Dad, Mom and Me", Mahmoud rejects the idea. But after the family takes votes, Mahmoud eventually agrees.

When Salwa goes to the studio to present her first episode in the new program, the director deliberately embarrasses her on-air and in front of everyone. She fails in her first episode and gets angry with him.

When Mahmoud's father asks to marry Salwa's mother, Mahmoud and Salwa oppose the marriage. As Salwa's mother decides to hide from her family, they are forced to agree to their marriage.

Mahmoud tells everyone that his wife suffers symptoms resembling those of swine flu, all so that he could get to travel to a conference in the Netherlands while preventing her from traveling to her conference abroad.

Salwa discovers that her husband Mahmoud is the one who spread the rumor that she has swine flu so that she can not travel to her conference abroad. Rab'ei hits his friend Karim again because Karim can draw while Rab'ei can't.

When Salwa asks her son Rab'ei to reconcile with his friend Karim, he asks her to reconcile with her friend Nahla as well. Mahmoud and Salwa are considering bringing in a housekeeper.

Gina, the housekeeper, causes a problem between Mahmoud and his wife after Salwa suspects that there's something going on between them. The director of Salwa's program decides to record her episodes since her first episode on-air was a failure.

Salwa presents her son's problem and hosts an official from the Ministry of Education; she asks for drawing to be considered as a hobby like reading, writing and football. Mahmoud and Salwa discover that Hatem smokes cigarettes.

Moselhy suggests an idea for Mahmoud and his son Hatem to gradually stop smoking, and the plan succeeds. Salwa quarrels with Gina after she discovers that Gina brings unhealthy food to her children.

Dr. Hilal complains to Dr. Mahmoud after his daughter, Hala, tries to drive a wedge between him and his fiancée with the help of Gina. When Mahmoud enlists the help of a psychiatrist to treat Hala, the doctor tells him that she must love someone her own age.

Mahmoud and Salwa pressure Essam to lose weight by going on a harsh diet, so that he can impress their daughter, Hala. Salwa does an episode on diet in her program.

When Hala learns that Dr. Hilal got married, she decides to commit suicide but her father saves her and takes her to the hospital. When Essam donates blood to her, Hala starts to like him.

Salwa and her friend Nahla envy the son of their boss Rif'at after he gets high scores in his high school exams. When a patient tells Mahmoud about e-marketing, he becomes impressed by the idea and decides to try his hand in it.

Salwa talks about the topic of e-marketing and selling through her program after all her family members try it. Mahmoud contacts Salwa while on-air and criticizes the experience after suffering losses and psychological pressure.

Rif'at is beaten by the Ultras crowd protesting at the magazine headquarters. Rab'ei and Hatem join the members of the Ultras League. When a woman called Nessma comes to Mahmoud's clinic for examination, Salwa grows suspicious of her.

When Salwa presents an episode in her program about the Ultras and criticizes them, the members of the Ultras hit her and break her foot. As Mahmoud secretly texts Nessma, Gina finds out about it and blackmails him.

Mahmoud's father tells his son and Salwa that Rab'ei discusses sex topics with his friends at school. Rif'at advises Salwa to take more care of her son. When Mahmoud discovers that his son watches porn with Gina, he gets furious.

When Salwa fires Gina, she tells Salwa that her husband is in a relationship with a married woman named Nessma. Salwa decides to tell Nessma's husband, Asad, about his wife's relationship with Mahmoud. Samy marries Sahar.

As Asad threatens to kill Dr. Mahmoud after learning of his relationship with his wife, Hatem saves his father. Mahmoud's father, Rab'ei, marries Salwa and Sahar’s mother. Salwa gets angry with Mahmoud and leaves the house.

Rif'at advises Salwa not to be led by her angry feelings towards Mahmoud and tells her that he's a good person who loves her a lot. Mahmoud decides to go to the studio with his children to reconcile with Salwa on air and in front of the crowd.
