Vampire Vlad arrives at Hotel Transylvania for a surprise family get-together, and a collision between supernatural old-school and modern day coolness ensues.

Dracula finally decides to open the doors of his hotel to humans but worries his half-human half-vampire grandson is not showing enough signs of being a vampire, so Dracula decides to cooperate with his league in order to form a grandson training camp. Vlad the ancient vampire makes a family visit to the hotel, and things turn upside down when Vlad learns about the grandson and hotel guests.
