During WWII, an Algerian immigrant, Younes, is forced to become a spy for the police in occupied France, but his efforts only serve to open his eyes to the horrors that the Nazis are inflicting on innocent people. Inspired by his friendship with a Jewish man, Younes starts working with the resistance.
