After he saves her from a corrupt policeman who wants to marry her, Seenu and Sunaina fall in love with each other. But their happiness is disrupted when a gangster kidnaps Sunaina to force Seenu to marry his daughter.

The film revolves around Sreenath Prasad (Varun Dhawan), a young man who is at once witty, attractive and reckless. Sreenath falls in love with Sunaina (Ileana D’Cruz), but their love is thwarted by the appearance of an evil character who wants to undermine Sreenath by any means necessary. Their lives get turned upside down by Anjad (Arunoday Singh), a corrupt cop who is determined to marry Sunaina. Things get even more complicated when Ayesha (Nargis Fakhri) falls in love with Sreenath and the drama unfolds.
