Hajj Mejahid gathers the family to discuss what to do after the court upholds the demolition order. Aboud, Mejahid's son-in-law, informs the Hajj that the decision has to be carried out and that there is no way to stop it.
Hajj Mejahid refuses the request of the merchant who wanted to buy merchandise and machinery from him. Sherifa offers her help to Mejahid, but he rebuffs her.
The lawyer Abdel Rahman informs Hajj Mejahid that their appeal has been accepted and that the demolition order is being held off for two months.
Ahmed falls instantly for Ghalia upon meeting her. Master Mehawed lets Ahmed go after Selim promises to mediate between him and Mejahid to reconcile them.
Hajj Mejahid looks for new land to build a dealership and a workshop. Mejahid meets up with Master Mehawed.
The police arrest Master Mehawed after they find drugs in the trunk of his car. Ahmed and his uncle Mejahid go to Ghalia to check up on her father.
Selim gets fired after the police learn of his complicity in Master Mehawed's crimes. Labiba is ignorant of the fact that Sherifa is married to Mejahid, leaving her to meet Mostafa who wants to marry Sherifa
Labiba informs Mejahid that she knows about his love for Sherifa, offering to talk his children into accepting the matter.
When Labiba tells Mejahid's children that their father is in love with Sherifa and wants to marry her, Eslah grows angry and hires thugs to beat Sherifa.
After Eid robs Sherifa's house, he confesses in front of everyone that Sherifa was the kindest person he ever met. He suddenly passes away, leaving Sherifa devastated.
Selim returns to the neighborhood in a celebratory manner. As he offers to be Mejahid's partner, the latter grows angry and warns him against repeating such nonsense.
Mejahid calls his daughters Sanaa and Eslah for a confrontation with Sherifa. Eslah confesses that Abdoun is the one who incited her against Sherifa, claiming that Sherifa poisoned her former husband. The accusation makes Sherifa furious.
Sanaa and Eslah quarrel with Labiba. As Sherifa goes to the hospital for a check-up on her pregnancy, the doctor informs her that it's a false pregnancy. Morsy quarrels with his wife Labiba.
Mejahid discovers that he owes a large sum of money to the tax authority and tries to negotiate with them. Ahmed's mother asks her brother Mejahid to talk to Ahmed, whose attitude has changed lately.
Morsy divorces Labiba. Sherifa informs Mejahid that she received an invitation from a Venician exhibit to showcase her painting of the neighborhood. Ahmed returns to the straight and narrow. The court rules against Mejahid and upholds the demolition order.
