In the mid-1960s, as a UN spaceship successfully lands on the Moon, the expedition's astronauts, who think they are the first people to accomplish such a feat, are surprised to find a Union Jack there, upon which it is revealed that a similar mission was carried out in 1899, and UN authorities set out to unravel the mysterious circumstances of that mission.
