When Zeinat considers launching an investment project, she proposes to Rashad that they open a hospital under Dr. Kamal's management. Zeinat tries to convince her daughter Ghada to wed Kamal. Sou'ad works for the businessman Ra'fat, as she struggles with her daughter's need for a heart operation.

Adel informs his mother that he bought a poultry shipment that is about to be expired but changed the production date. Kamal gets engaged to Ghada. Sou'ad is forced to steal money from Adel for her daughter's surgery. When Kamal finds out about what she did, he pays the money to save her from prison.

The novelist Fou'ad thinks about writing the story of Dr. Kamal and Sou'ad. When she discovers what Kamal did for Wafaa and her mother, the enraged Zeinat decides to get her out of the hospital. Sonia offers Sou'ad a job with her aunt to get her away from Kamal.

As Kamal returns from abroad to look for Sou'ad, Sonia lies and keeps Sou'ad's residence with her aunt from him. Ghada gets upset with Kamal over the attention he is paying to Sou'ad.

Sonia's aunt starts mistreating Sou'ad. Sou'ad is shocked when she sends her daughter Wafaa to her friend to live with her. Sonia informs Kamal that she knows where Sou'ad and her daughter are, asking to meet him to inform him of their location.

Sonia informs Kamal that Ghada grew annoyed with the attention he paid to Sou'ad, so Sonia had her stay with her aunt. As Kamal goes to take Sou'ad and her daughter, Sonia informs Ghada's mother of his intent.

After Sonia informs Sou'ad that Kamal's apartment will be rented out to her, she sends photos of Sou'ad and Kamal to Adel to raise his suspicions about them. She also sends the same photos to Ghada and tells Zeinat that she will get rid of Sou'ad.

Sonia makes a deal with a photographer to claim that Sou'ad defrauded him. As the photographer reports her to the police, she gets interrogated for fraud and accused of swindling a large amount of money. Sonia convinces Sou'ad to leave Kamal's apartment to save him any embarrassment.

Sou'ad travels to evade the police but the prosecution finds her. As she gets questioned about Sayed's claim that she took his money, Kamal finds out and gets Fou'ad to handle it and secure her release. Rashad rebukes Zeinat for her actions with Sou'ad.

Zeinat invites Sou'ad to her house where she quarrels with her and beat her with the help of Ghada and Adel. As they find a letter that Kamal wrote to Sou'ad, Ghada's uncle uses the letter to confront Kamal and inquire about the nature of his relationship with Sou'ad.

Zeinat tells Sonia that they must force Kamal to move up his wedding to Ghada. Kamal weds Sou'ad and misses the wedding ceremony that Zeinat held. Zeinat and Sonia agree to get revenge on Kamal.

On Zeinat's orders, Ra'fat accuses Kamal of taking the ring that he had previously signed off on receiving to save Sou'ad. Sou'ad threatens to expose Sonia and Ra'fat to the police, prompting Ra'fat to drop the charges against Kamal.

Sou'ad gives Sonia the letter for her to burn. When Zeinat discovers that Sou'ad deceived them, she agrees with Ghada to seduce Adel and wed him. Ra'fat advises Adel's father to consult Kamal about his heart condition. Kamal opens his new hospital.
