Lara steals some important documents that belong to her husband, Nouh. As she tries to flee the country, she gets in an accident and gets robbed.

When Tarek recognizes the importance of the documents he got, he decides to take advantage of the situation. Nouh searches for Lara.

It's revealed that Nouh killed Lara's father to serve his own interests, since he had his eyes set on seizing all his properties.

As Gaber tries to discern his father's secret, the latter warns him against looking too deep. Tarek tries to find more information.

As Lara wakes up from her coma, she is questioned about the accident. Gaber's revenge on Fares proves terrible.

It's revealed that Lara knew that Nouh has been taking advantage of her. Nouh suspects that Abu Al-Feda knows where Lara is. Ayman learns about the stolen documents and warns Tarek to be careful.

Nouh kidnaps Abu Al-Feda but the latter manages to escape. It's revealed that Nouh is using Lara's hospital for illegal surgeries. Ayman agrees to work with Tarek in exchange for money.

It's revealed that Dr. Hanna knew about Nouh's illegal operations and that Nouh threatened him when he tried to expose him. Nabil is upset with Heba for how she is treating him.

Nouh is unable to find Lara. Lara leaves the hospital with the help of Dr. Hanna and Abu Al-Feda. Fares kills himself due to his inability to cope with his situation.

As Maha publishes articles to call out corrupt individuals, she gets threatened along with her editor-in-chief.

As Lara decides to manipulate Nouh, she claims to be behind the leaks. Tarek kills his friend Ayman.

On Lara's request, Hanna takes a job at the newspaper where Maha is working to gather information.

Lara pushes Nesrine to tell Nouh that Gaber is not his son and that he wants revenge for his mother's murder.

Hanna flees the newspaper after his real identity is revealed. Maha and Tarek are questioned in the wake of Ayman's death. Lara goes to Dr. Nabil for help. Gaber searches for Maha.

With suspicions revolving around Tarek, Laila tells the police about the files that were sent to her. The editor-in-chief is questioned.

Gaber convinces Dima to wed Khaled. Gaber asks the editor-in-chief to fire Maha. Tarek is released.

Aliaa advises Nouh to get close to Gaber. Heba confirms that Nabil has feelings for Lara after she sees her at his house. Hanna's efforts to get back with his sweetheart, Antoinette, prove futile.

Nabil is shocked to learn that Lara is wanted for Ayman's murder. When she reveals the truth, he ends up going on the run with her.

Lara and Nabil hide in his mother's house. Hanna runs away when he learns that Gaber is trying to find him.

Nabil's mother is distressed that Lara is staying in her house. Aliaa decides to work with Gaber in an attempt to uncover his plans.

When Abu Al-Nasr receives a scandalous video of him with a woman, he falls ill and gets rushed to the hospital. Gaber locates Tarek and threatens him.

Abu Al-Nasr gets fired. Aliaa offers Maha a job in her magazine, and Maha accepts the job offer.

It's revealed that Aliaa has ulterior motives for offering Maha a job. Nabil's mother tries to convince him to return to his ex-wife, Nagham, but he refuses due to his love for Lara.

Tarek gets arrested and interrogated. Gaber finds Dr. Heba as he searches for Lara. Abu Al-Nasr passes away.

An investigation is launched into Abu Al-Nasr's murder. Gaber locates Nabil and tortures him to get him to reveal Lara's whereabouts.

Lara asks Nouh not to hurt Nabil, but he threatens her. Maha enlists Gaber's help to get Tarek released.

Gaber kidnaps Nabil's mother and Mansour's sweetheart. As he locks them up with Nabil, his machinations finally succeed in luring Lara in.

Lara tells Nouh that she doesn't have the files. Samir is rushed to the hospital after Gaber tortures him.

Nouh does not believe that Lara doesn't have the files. Tarek suspects that Maha is in a relationship with Gaber. Nesrine informs Ma'ein that Nouh is the one who tortured Fares.

It's revealed that Aliaa is Gaber's aunt. Aliaa tells Gaber that she got close to Nouh to avenge her sister's murder.

Ma'ein kills Nouh. The network of corrupt individuals gets arrested. Abu Al-Feda takes over the hospital management. Lara decides to spend her life with Nabil.
