As Umm Fajr steals Abu Tariq's gold shop, he reports her to the police, but when he meets her daughter, Fajr, he changes his mind and drops the report against her.

As Abu Tariq asks Umm Fajr to marry her daughter despite the age gap between them, he tells her that it has to be a secret marriage. After the landlord kicks Fajr and her mother out, Tariq takes them to his villa and tells his wife that Fajr is his best friend's daughter.

While Najiba tries to convince her daughter Fajr to marry Abu Tariq to secure her future, Alia accuses her and her daughter of stealing her cell phone. Tariq is surprised by his mother letting him court the girl he speaks to on the phone while the latter discovers he is physically handicapped.

Najiba visits her sister, Samira, a patient in the mental hospital. Arwa tries to find out the reason behind Fajr's sudden wealth, and the latter agrees to marry Abu Tariq, but Tariq's suicide attempt delays the marriage a little.

Yacoub marries Fajr, while Fajr and her mother are surprised by Arwa's visit to them in the villa. Yacoub warns Najiba about stealing again.

As Umm Tariq discovers Yacoub and Fajr's marriage, she informs her son, Adel, and she dies from grief.

Everyone is shocked by the death of Umm Tariq. As Adel tells his father's friend that his mother's died from grief, the latter tells him that his father married Fajr. Arwa tries to get closer to Adel and his family in various ways.

Adel asks Arwa to tell him all about Najiba and Fajr. Alia fights with Fajr and her mother and kicks them out of the house, but Yacoub returns them. Adel exposes his father’s marriage from Fajr to his siblings.

Yacoub decides to announce his marriage from Fajr and asks her to treat her mother from kleptomania. Yassin decides to divorce Alia, who gives birth to her first child.

Fajr asks Yacoub not to let Adel live in the house after his mother's death. Adel and Arwa get engaged, while Yassin looks forward to Fajr getting a divorce from Yacoub to marry her.

Adel returns with his wife, Arwa, to the villa after spending the honeymoon, while Najiba continues to steal from the shops. Fajr is surprised by Yacoub's change in attitude towards her, as he prevents her from pursuing her studies.

Arwa's mother begins to recover in the psychiatric clinic. Arwa resents Alia's bad treatment of her, while the latter blames her brother, Adel, for following his father's footsteps in his way of marriage.

When Najiba steals jewelry from Alia's room, the latter beats her up and threatens to leave the house. Yacoub insists on taking Najiba to a psychiatrist to treat her from kleptomania. Najiba finds a photo of a little girl in Yacoub's wallet and remembers kidnapping that girl when she was young.

Najiba discovers that Fajr is the daughter of Abdul Mohsen, Yacoub's friend. Najiba and Yassin plot to break up Yacoub and Fajr's relationship.

Najiba agrees with Yassin on sending Fajr's dress, when she was a child, to Abdul Mohsen, while Yacoub suggests the latter to inform the police. Adel spies on Arwa, as he suspects her. He then discovers that she has a brother who has just got out of prison.

As Adel brings Awad, Arwa's brother, to stay with them in the villa, Najiba rejects the matter. Tariq likes Nujoud and tries to approach her.

Yassin reveals that he is the one who sends messages to Fajr through Najiba. Arwa blames her brother for working as a driver for Yacoub's children. As Tariq proposes to marry Nujoud, Fajr tries to advise her not to marry him, but the latter believes that she is envious of her.

Najiba and Yassin blackmail Abdul Mohsen and ask for a large sum of money to give him information about his daughter. Adel rejects Arwa's request to see an obstetrician. Fajr threatens Yacoub with divorce, which causes his stroke that leads to his paralysis.

Adel suggests to his siblings that Abdul Mohsen runs their father's business. Arwa tells Adel that she should undergo surgery to be able to have children. Najiba begs with Yacoub in his wheelchair, while Tariq marries Nujoud.

Yassin and Najiba plan to kidnap his son from Alia and demand a ransom. While Arwa undergoes surgery to be able to have children, a problem occurs that leads to having her uterus removed.

Arwa goes insane for not being able to conceive, as she kidnaps a child from the park and tells Adel and Fajr that Najiba is not Fajr's mother and that she kidnapped Fajr as a child.

Fajr tries to search for any proof that she is not Najiba's daughter, but to no avail, while the police arrest Arwa on charges of kidnapping a child.

Fajr turns to Yassin for helping her to prove that Najiba is her daughter, while Tariq's bad treatment of Nujoud, leads her to leave the house.

Noura tells Fajr that she is not Najiba's daughter and that Najiba's daughter died when she was young. She also kidnapped a child and raised her after as she suffered a mental illness.

Tariq forces Nujoud to return home, while Yassin tells Najiba that Fajr discovered the truth and confronts her with the death of her daughter.

Najiba discovers that she is the one behind her sister entering the psychiatric hospital. She threatens to leave Yassin if Fajr finds out that she is Abdul Mohsen's daughter. Anfal and Tariq get back together.

Yassin hands Fajr the tests that prove that Najiba is her daughter. After Arwa and her mother escape from the psychiatric hospital, Arwa tries to kill her stepmother.

Yassin asks Najiba to kill Yacoub or divorce Fajr from him, but the latter forbids him.

Tariq quarrels with Nujoud and beats her to death. Adel asks Awad to confess to killing Nujoud in exchange for money and to save Tariq from prison, but Fajr threatens to inform the police.

Nujoud's mother tells Fajr that she received money in exchange for her silence over the killing of her daughter. Alia expels Najiba from the house. The police arrest Tariq. Fajr seizes Yacoub's money and expels Alia and Adel from the villa after selling it. Yassin tells Abdul Mohsen that Fajr is his daughter.
