Khaled works in the import and export industry. After years of trying to have a baby, Shahira is finally pregnant. Ghada takes her children to the park where Yassin, her youngest, gets kidnapped in mysterious circumstances.

The police start investigating the kidnapping as they find evidence of the child being at the mall. Khaled asks Shahira to take his wife home so that she can have some rest after what she went through.

The investigation continues, and a grieving Khaled goes to his ex-business-partner Tarek and assaults him, believing him to have a hand in the kidnapping. When the Security Directorate interrogates Tarek, they cannot find any evidence against him and he is released.

When the secretary tells Khaled there were two people following his wife and son, he embarks on a journey to find out who they might be. Khaled eventually realizes they are in Port Said, and learns there are staff surveillance cameras at the mall and decides to access them.

Khaled's search for his son resumes as he learns that Monzer and Wasfi had a hand in the kidnapping. The police arrest Wasfi upon his return from Port Said, while an anonymous call informs Ghada that Monzer is the one who plotted for the kidnapping that becomes a high-profile case.

Khaled distributes posters with his missing son's picture to help find him, and they receive unpleasant news as the police inform them a kid that resembles their son was found dead in the Nile.

Khaled confirms that the murdered child is not Yassin. Sami learns that Fatema the maid and her brother Ezz had a hand in the kidnapping. The police eventually arrest Fatema and question her.

Fatema confesses that she stole some jewelry. Khaled grows impatient and decides to seek the help of gangsters. Similarly, his wife consults charlatans to help find her son. Thabet and Nesrine devise a plot to blackmail Khaled.

Thabet and Nesrine ask Khaled for a huge ransom, and when he heads to the bank to get the money, the police learn of the recent updates and arrest both Thabet and Nesrine. However, it turns out they were merely deceiving Khaled for the money; they don't have his son.

Khaled gets increasingly worried about the safety of his son as he asks a mob boss about his son, and the latter denies having seen him. Khaled is hosted in a TV show where he publicly apologizes to his son for not protecting him.

Following his appearance on TV, people sympathize with Khaled and the police tirelessly try to find his son. Khaled finds a clue leading him to his son's kidnappers.

The police arrest a prostitute called Nusa who is suspected of Yassin's kidnapping. Her friends Bosi and Ashgan are also arrested. It is revealed that Nusa was also deceived by the gang that falsely claimed that they will shortly return the child.

Khaled receives an envelope from Dr. Yehia with a large sum of money along with a CD that has information about a foreign gang known for organ trade. Fearing that his son might have been targeted by the gang, Khaled heads to Yehia's office, only to find him dead.

The police increase their search for Yassin as they start gathering information about Dr. Ghonim's contacts, while Khaled cashes out the money that Dr. Ghonim left him.

Khaled learns that Yassin was kidnaped by a Cyprus-based organ trade gang and he travels to get him back. To take revenge on Dina and Mahmoud, Tarek hires men to track them down, resulting in grave consequences for both Shahira and Ghada who were in the car with Dina.

Magdy, Shahira's husband, accuses Tarek of trying to murder her. Khaled travels to Cyprus where his friend Karim welcomes him. Following her husband's suicide, Dr. Yehia's wife leaves the country.

At Cyprus, Khaled embarks on a journey to find his son and he recruits a lawyer to help facilitate things. Enraged by his wife's miscarriage, Magdy vows revenge on Tarek.

Upon learning that there is a doctor responsible for all organ transplant surgeries in Cyprus, Khaled futilely tries to contact him. Back in Egypt, Tarek is accused of attempted murder.

Khaled travels to Israel to meet the head of an organ trade gang. Ghada learns of the recent updates and is horrified. Dr. Yehia's daughter commits suicide when her parents are accused of kidnapping.

Failing to find any useful information about his son, Khaled decides to return to Egypt. In Egypt, he learns that his son was taken to Israel. Tarek is released.

Sami and Tarek quarrel as Sami threatens to send Tarek to jail again. Upon making sure that his son is in Israel, Khaled tries to find a way to travel there as he establishes a shell company to facilitate dealing with the Israelis.

A video of his son in an Israeli hospital getting ready for the operation prompts Khaled to make haste to travel there. Khaled and Ghada quarrel as she insists on being informed. The General Intelligence Directorate manage to get the necessary information from a nurse at the hospital.

Khaled gets ready to travel and he entrusts Sami with running the company in his absence. Nurse Sohaila collaborates with the General Intelligence Directorate to save Yassin.

Khaled travels to Israel and films a video for his son to assure him that he will save him. On her part, Sohaila injects Yassin with a substance that causes the surgery to be delayed.

Despite being shot at on the Egyptian-Israeli borders, Khaled makes it to the point where he meets Laila who gives him a forged ID to facilitate entering the country. Khaled manages to get to Alberto's house.

The Egyptian Intelligence learn that Khaled is in Palestinian territory, and halt their mission. Khaled kidnaps Alberto and threatens his father in an attempt to get his son back. They agree to meet in Taba, Khaled with Alberto, and Alberto's father with Yassin.

The kidney transplant surgery is postponed until the completion of the required medical procedures. Harry rejects the deal and insists that his kid have the surgery. Khaled acts against Ayoub's father's (Abu Ayoub's) advice and goes to meet Alberto's mother.

After much argument, Harry succumbs to Alberto's mother's wish and agrees to return Yassin to his father. However, when the time comes, he changes his mind.

Harry locks Khaled and Mark up as he sedates them and transfers his son to another hospital for the surgery. Sohaila reports the changes to the Egyptian General Intelligence Directorate to save Khaled.

Khaled flees Harry's house with Alberto's mother and they head to the hospital where the surgery is to take place. When Khaled gets there, agents of the General Intelligence Directorate keep him away and promise to return his son safe and sound, which they eventually do.
